The rooms at Hotel Magnolia in Tivat are so cozy and comfortable. I loved the modern apartments and studios with their free Wi-Fi, balcony, and flat-screen cable TV. The beds were super comfy too. As a light sleeper, I had a great night's sleep.

Personally, I found the detached private bathrooms with showers a bit small. But hey, that's just my opinion.

The room was clean

The advert states there is free parking. Thisi is true in that you can park on the street, provided you can find a space in the centre of the town. The ultra modern shower cabin turned out not to be connected to electricity and only plumbed into the cold water tap. When we arrived the bathroom boiler was turned off. We turned on expecting hot water in the morning. Only cold. When we complained the reception staff told us "yes the boiler in that apartment is brocken, has been for some time". We used the air con, once I got new batteries for the remote control from reception. The wodden floor turned out to be badly laid, as the air con cold air swept it the floor clicked loudly. Finally, the bed was the hardest I have ever tried to sleep on.

Perfect apartments including new furniture. Location in 2 minutes from a beach and restaurants. Close to infrastructure: supermarkets, bus station, post. Quite place, excluding airplanes. Friendly reception. 10% discount to car-rent and restaurant. 15 minutes by bus to only sand beach in Montenegro.

Strange room service: room cleaning only after request on reception. There are no dishes, tableware including knifes, spoons and other stuff. Noise from airport (whole Tivat problem). Beach isn't the best one. Absence of internet in the room: poor wi-fi signal.

The chairs were comfortable. Big and nice bed. The shower was luxurious and also new - but little bit broken as well. The hotel is exactly in the center. We recommend to visit the new harbour area and the towns park. We had some seaview.

The hotel is still new. It seemed like they were still no big help, if we had questions. We had a kitchenette. But there was no equipment at all. We got 2 different sized plates and only whine glasses. We were not allowed to cook. "Only tea or coffee" - But there was no waterboiler neither coffee machine. The fridge was a minibar, and as small as in any other hotel rooms. The 2 cooking plates were new and unused. The bed was very very hard - I did not like it, my boyfriend did.

We had a great stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is excellent, just a short 10-15 minute walk from the marina. When we entered the reception area, the staff stood up immediately and greeted us with a warm smile. The service provided was top-notch, with the staff being very understanding, helpful, and always polite and friendly. The room amenities were impressive, including air conditioning, a sitting area, free toiletries, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi, a car park, and a delicious breakfast. the staff's professionalism and the excellent facilities made our stay here very comfortable and enjoyable.

free wifi, but not steady from time to time, big and stylish room, very good bed, kitchen in the room, everything is new - TV, furniture, etc,no problem with hot water, near to sea -( 5 min) and to supermarkets and restaraunts, shops, to tivat airport 5-10 min by car. free transfer from/to airport! great personal but if you need your room be maked up - ask about what you need. I have got everything i was needed from my holidays. Very positive hotel - I can recommend it to my friends.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the water's edge and a short stroll from the bustling pedestrian area. It was so convenient to have shops, restaurants, and banks right next to the hotel. The beach was also within close proximity, making it easy for us to enjoy some sun and sand. Additionally, the fact that the airport is just a quick drive away was a huge plus for us.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It offers a fantastic location, excellent service, and comfortable room amenities.

The staff was very kind, responsive. The hotel is located close to the beach. Around the hotel is a place to play for the children even late evening. The rooms are big and the bathroom is nice.

Excellent location, helpful staff, walking distance to shore and marinas, nearby restaurants and shops, parking available, good base to explore Montenegro.

Cannot find any fault.

Situation is central in the town hall, easy to find and to get around, close to the Port Montenegro Marina. Facilities in rooms are good even if not in the smallest details.

Staff looks unprepaired to my arrival and language was a blocade (either ENG, GER, FRA).

Spending my Christmas holidays in the hotel was a great decision. the hotel staff was very welcoming and accommodating. the location provided easy access to nearby shops and cafes. the room was kept clean throughout the stay, and the complimentary tea and coffee in the room were a welcome treat.

The breakfast experience was not satisfactory. the limited selection of food was disappointing, and the quality was poor.
